UP TO 6 PAGES
This is our most commonly booked package. This quote is the base price, from there you can add photography and more, as needed.
This package offers a little more room to breathe – with additional pages or projects to showcase. Again, this is the base price.
This is for websites with a complex structure and more overall content. We can also create a custom package if you need to go larger.
Kick Off Meeting
This is where we’ll talk through your website goals and nail down site design, organization and navigation. We will identify unique needs, and provide you with guidance as you develop and prepare content.
Your new website will feature a high quality, premium WordPress theme that will allow for any future business growth and design needs. Using WP builder themes allows us to easily meet your website goals.
We always install top notch plugins to make sure your website performs above and beyond in regards to security, back-ups, SEO, loading speeds. Our websites are also always fully mobile responsive.
You’ll get the training you need to make your own updates, edits and additions as your business continues to change and grow. We provide training videos so that you can access the information you need anytime.
After your website is live, we don’t want to leave you high and dry. You are welcome to email for up to 60 days with any questions about your new site and we will troubleshoot any problems that arise.
90 Days Maintenance
Our packages include 3 months of initial website maintenance. This includes WordPress and plugin updates, regular security checks, and weekly and monthly backups.
Need something extra?
We provide content development, copywriting, editing, photography, email newsletter templates, and ongoing content updates at an hourly rate.

What is your typical availability?
We typically book 2-3 months out, and sometimes longer. (We do occasionally have unexpected openings). Keep in mind it takes roughly a month to build a website – from when you deliver content to the go live date.
You’ll also need time to prepare all of your content (text, graphics, logo, etc) before handing it off.
Do I need to pay a retainer?
Yes! Clients book many weeks and even months in advance for projects, so your 50% deposit will hold your spot in our work calendar. Once reserved, that time is held exclusively for your project.
What platform do you use?
We work almost exclusively with WordPress and typically use Divi, a WP builder theme that allows for design flexibility. That being said, we have been known to occasionally work with clients who have Squarespace sites.
What hosting provider do you recommend?
I build what are called self-hosted WordPress websites. This means you will need to have a web hosting provider where your new WordPress site will live.
I highly recommend SiteGround. They provide excellent customer service and value, and all of my business and personal websites are hosted with them (as are 90% of my clients’ sites).
I typically recommend the GrowBig plan (more backups) but most basic websites do fine with their StartUp plan. We can further discuss this at the project kick-off meeting.
How do we get started?

What will I need to prepare?
If we decide to work together, we will ask you to deliver your content by a certain date. This will include all of your website copy, images and branding. We will guide you on how to organize and submit your content.
If you do not have any branding, we can either refer you to a graphic designer, or provide basic branding and a text logo for an additional fee.
Do you offer Maintenance Plans?
Yes! We offer annual maintenance plans for our clients. These provide weekly and monthly backups, regular security checks, WordPress and plugin updates, site restoration from backup if needed, and trouble shooting any maintenance issues that arise. This does NOT include content updates.

Do you build online shops?
We do not build sites that require an internal shopping cart. If you have one or two items to sell, we are happy to integrate your website with a PayPal shopping cart for an add-on cost.
Do you offer SEO strategy?
We provide basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for all of our websites, but do not offer extensive SEO strategy. We are happy to install plugins that can assist you in meeting SEO goals.
Will my website be easy to update?
Yes! We love WordPress because it is very user friendly. On top of that, the Divi builder theme allows for visual editing which makes the process even more intuitive and easy to do.
We also provide 1 hour of WordPress training, plus short tutorial videos to help you feel confident in updating and maintaining your website.
